Customized reports can be programmed for Clients & Profits® Pro, Classic, Job Tracker, and SQL, using the Plug-in feature. Plug-in reports are written using the Omnis Studio development software. 

Clients & Profits plug-in applications allow complex queries and reports to be created, as compared to the Clients & Profits built in custom reports writer. Plug-ins are opened using the "Open Plug-In Application" command from the C&P File menu. The user is presented with an easy to understand data entry window, where they input the options for running the report.

Plug-Ins can be created for customized estimates, invoices, financial reports, and many other analysis reports. Furthermore, plug-ins allow additional data, that might not normally be displayed on a Clients & Profits built in report, to be added to a report, or different sets of data to be calculated together to show user defined totals. For example, If you are running multiple Clients & Profits built in reports, then manually compiling the data, a plug-in can be written to create all of the information you require on one report.
